1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Glorple, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Glorple is an AI-powered job application platform that helps you build resumes, search for jobs, generate tailored application materials, and track your applications. The service uses AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate content based on your input.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Free tier: 3 AI-customized applications per month, 1 resume, basic features.
  • Advanced ($10/month): 50 AI applications/month, unlimited resumes and job search.
  • Pro ($20/month): 150 AI applications/month, all features.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge.
  • AI application usage resets at the start of each billing period.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You may provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key instead of using our hosted AI service.

  • You are solely responsible for costs incurred on your API key.
  • We encrypt your key at rest but recommend setting spending limits with your provider.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized use of your key if it is compromised outside our systems.
  • BYOK usage does not count against your subscription's AI application limits.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated resumes and cover letters are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting applications.
  • Glorple does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
  • You retain ownership of content you provide (resume data, profile information). AI-generated outputs are yours to use freely.

7. Data Retention

Your data is subject to automatic deletion after your chosen retention period (30, 60, or 90 days). You can extend this period, export your data, or delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Do not use Glorple to submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam applications.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glorple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: job application outcomes, AI content accuracy, API key charges (BYOK), or data loss beyond our stated retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Glorple after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
